Foodie Friday: Tuscan Chicken

I love a good crockpot recipe because they take no work. You can just set it and go on with your day until it’s done. And, I have a crockpot that could feed a family of 12, so I can make enough food for a week in just a few hours. This Crockpot Tuscan Garlic Chicken recipe is one of the best things I’ve made and the ingredients are so easy and pretty cheap.

It uses chicken thighs which are usually cheaper than chicken breasts, but taste so much better because they actually have fat (which is where flavor comes from). I did take it one step further and add a layer of shredded parmesan cheese to the top before setting it to cook and then of course added more grated parmesan on top before eating it and it turned out so well. Highly recommend you give it a try!
